Becoming your own lighthouse is a process. I commit to guiding you through it by creating a safe and brave container for you to explore more about yourself. So you can get to know your heart better in order to shine your light and feel confident about it.

It will be an honour for me to walk alongside you on this journey back to yourself. If you feel stuck, unsure, drained, or if you’re just curious to learn and grow, I will be happy to be your accountability partner and use different techniques like spiritual guidance, energy work, breathing techniques, meditation, journaling, creative projects, singing, tarot and more, honouring the roots of all the medicines I’ve studied and always staying aware that most of them have been stolen by us, white settler folx.

Working with energy and coaching tools are teaching me that, at the end of the day, everything is vibration and frequency.
